POLYFUEL ANNOUNCEMENT  
  
Resolutions Approved by 95% of Voting Shareholders/Thomas Caldwell appointed 
CEO  
  
PolyFuel announced today that in a vote of shareholders seeking approval of 
resolutions to delist from AIM and to dissolve the company, approximately 64% of 
shareholders had cast votes, with 95% of votes voting in favor of both 
resolutions.  PolyFuel expects its shares to continue to be suspended from 
trading on AIM until cancellation, expected on September 21.  
  
PolyFuel's Board also announced it has appointed Thomas P. Caldwell, the 
company's current Chief Financial Officer and Secretary, to the additional role 
of Chief Executive Officer.  Mr. Balcom, the company's previous CEO, will remain 
on the company's board of directors.  
  
The company continues to seek a possible buyer for the business or its assets.
